Nova Design Build was established in 2013 with a vision to build state of the art infrastructure. Nova identified the need for a one stop solution in construction of Hospitals and started its journey towards turnkey construction with a goal to provide concept to commissioning of healthcare infrastructure.

Rising from the success of Ancon Constructions, our founder and CEO, aimed to streamline processes to provide value addition to our clients in terms of better quality and efficiency in cost and time.

Prabhu Vodela holds degree in BE ,FIE with over 50+ years of experience in the civil industry, his roles have encompassed as Retired ENC(PR), ADG (NAC), and Advisory position in Housing at JNU.

Rajashekar Vodela

Chief Executive Officer

A structural engineer and a construction manager with 25+ years of experience in design and construction industry, he has led turnkey projects with unmatched skill in the USA and India, marking him as a pivotal force behind Nova’s groundbreaking achievements.

Naveen Gullpally

With over two decades of experience in Information technology and construction industry, Mr. Naveen’s expertise in operations management has been key in driving Nova’s commitment to excellence and innovation in construction.
